A dynamic workplace designed for Directive Consulting, a B2B marketing agency, fostering collaboration, creativity, and team bonding within a prestigious Class AAA tower.

This project reimagines Directive Consulting's Montreal office at Maison Manuvie, a 27-storey LEED Gold & Platinum Class AAA tower at 900 Boul. de Maisonneuve Ouest. The design balances collaborative and focused work environments across 9,018 SF, featuring a branded reception with perforated metal chevron motifs, a full-service cafe, meeting rooms, open workstations, private offices, and flexible collaboration lounges. The material palette pairs warm wood laminates and concrete finishes with deep green and purple upholstery accents, creating an upbeat yet professional atmosphere that reflects Directive's team-driven culture.
